These services are provided remotely and are intended for business use, especially for companies operating in English-speaking markets.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian)

• You are providing accurate and truthful business information

• You have the authority to bind the company you represent to these terms

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate data when submitting forms (including your business name, email, phone number, niche, approximate revenue, and website URL)

• Use the services only for lawful purposes

• Not interfere with or attempt to compromise the functionality or security of the site or our AI systems

5. Payments

BuildMyAgent accepts payments via:

• Stripe

• Cryptocurrency (wallet details shared on request)

• Bank Transfer

Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in each service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, code, and AI configurations provided by Build My Agent remain the intellectual property of Build My Agent unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services for your business operations.

You may not replicate, resell, or reuse any part of the platform or AI models without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Build My Agent provides services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or results, nor are we liable for third-party changes (e.g. Meta Ads policies or AI behavior updates) that impact performance.

We do our best to provide excellent results, but cannot legally guarantee specific business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build My Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, but with respect to U.S. users, we strive to also comply with applicable U.S. business and data protection laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Hungarian jurisdiction unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
